Join Us in La Paz

Updated: Jun 8, 2023

Escape the winter and join us for a week in La Paz, Baja California in Mexico.

This trip is SOLD OUT. Email us to be added to the waiting list.

La Paz 8 days

Please note this is an example of when you will do things. I am unable to determine which day we will do which activity as boating is dependent on the wind and weather so we may have to adjust our schedule. If for some reason we are unable to do any of the activities you will be reimbursed or we will substitute for an activity you approve. In addition, I cannot control nature. Sometimes the whale sharks leave the area, or the gray whales have not arrived or the baby sea turtles are done hatching. But we will do everything we can to make sure that you have a great time.

Saturday Day One- We will greet you at the La Paz airport or bus station and make our way to the accommodations. Get unpacked and settled in. Maybe go to the store across the street for some snacks for the week. In the evening, join us for a welcome dinner on the grill to include locally made sausages, sides, dessert, beer, soda, and water.

Check in is at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.

Note if you arrive after 6 PM you will need to get your own transportation from the airport or bus station as we will be busy cooking. A taxi would be about $10.

Included - La Paz Airport or bus pick up

Welcome dinner and drinks

Sunday Day Two- Enjoy your included continental breakfast before we head out early to swim with the whale sharks. The opportunity to swim alongside the biggest fish in the sea is a truly extraordinary experience. These gentle giants can grow up to 39 feet long! Upon return in the early afternoon the day is yours to enjoy as you wish. Explore the Malecon or hang at the beach. If you are interested in planning additional activities please let me know and I am happy to assist.

It is here that rich history, centuries’ old traditions, and warm hospitality blend with modern conveniences to make this a magical community. We welcome you to experience the fine dining, excellent shopping and renowned galleries of Todos Santos, one of Baja's “Pueblos Magícos”. After exploring the downtown area we will board the van and head for the beach to visit the Tortugueros Las Playitas sea turtle population recovery program and learn about their work. Inspiring and enjoyable article that really captures the excitement of visiting a place like La Paz. The writing style felt welcoming and descriptive, making it easy to imagine the experience while reading. I recently explored a travel discussion on https://usvacuums.com/ where people were talking about destination storytelling, and your post reflects that same engaging approach. It is always great to see travel content that feels informative yet personal enough to spark curiosity and encourage readers to explore more.

Inspiring post that made the destination sound both exciting and welcoming for travelers. The writing style felt relaxed and informative, which helped create a strong connection with the reader. I liked how the article focused on the experience rather than just listing facts about the place. A similar appreciation for meaningful travel storytelling was something I recently came across on https://www.floridaprobatelawgroup.com/ too. This was a well written piece that genuinely encourages people to learn more about the destination.
